Pleasant stay, as always. Modern family-friendly hotel, marvellous views of the beach. Helpful staff with a smile. Reasonable breakfast and NICE food. Efficient check-in and late check-out, parking on-site.

great facilities but concerning service experiences
The facilities were quite excellent, especially the well-maintained common areas that provided a cute ambiance. I enjoyed the beautiful gardens that offered a peaceful retreat . The fitness center was also commendable and equipped with good equipment. The breakfast spread was excellent, with various options that I thoroughly appreciated.
There were significant issues with service interactions that need addressing.
